Flush hydroponic systems and media

General Hydroponics Flora Kleen is a cleaning solution designed to remove residual fertilizers that accumulate over time in hydroponic systems, growing media, and substrates. It is effective for cleaning accumulated salts after harvest and can be used at any stage of the plant's life cycle.

Flora Kleen dissolves accumulated mineral salts, reducing plant stress from nutrient imbalances and preventing the lockout of certain elements. It also revitalizes the substrate microbially. Use monthly for cleaning hydroponic and substrate systems from excess salts. For final flushing, use Flora Kleen in the last few days before harvest to promote maturation and sugar content, either alone or with Ripen. For hydroponic systems, between reservoir changes, mix 1.5-3 ml/l and circulate for 24 hours before adding nutrients. For final flushing, use 3 ml/l and circulate for the last 1-2 days. For substrate systems, use 1.5-3 ml/l and water until runoff. For both systems, a final flush with 3 ml/l combined with Ripen can increase sugar levels.
