About us. Our 9 year history

GoToGarden started in 2017 out of personal frustration. Our founder was a hobby grower who spent hours navigating online shops that felt built by people who had never touched a plant — cluttered layouts, vague product descriptions, no real guidance on what to actually buy or why. He knew there had to be a better way.

Why are CarboAir filters essential for odour control?

Effective odour control and VOC filtration are critical for maintaining a discreet and healthy indoor growing environment. Uncontrolled odours can attract unwanted attention and compromise crop quality by allowing harmful volatile organic compounds to persist. CarboAir filters utilize activated carbon to chemically bind and neutralize these compounds, ensuring clean, odour-free air circulation. This system is designed to handle a broad spectrum of airborne contaminants, making it indispensable for growers focused on discretion and air quality. The CarboAir 50 filter models are rated for 410 m3/h airflow, while the robust CarboAir 100 series reaches up to 6900 m3/h, offering solutions for various ventilation requirements.

Discover the CarboAir filter range for your grow room

The CarboAir collection offers a comprehensive selection of activated carbon filters to suit diverse cultivation needs. Within this range, you'll find the compact and efficient CarboAir 50 Filter 150x330 mm, 600 m3/h, ideal for smaller setups, alongside powerful options like the CarboAir 100 Filter 315x1000 mm, 6900 m3/h for high-capacity ventilation. Other notable products include the CarboAir PRO 60 Filter 315x1000 mm, 3600 m3/h and the CarboAir PRO 60 Filter 150x660 mm, 1350 m3/h. CarboAir vs. General Filters

CarboAir filters distinguish themselves through their robust construction and consistent performance in VOC filtration. While generic filters might offer basic odour reduction, CarboAir prioritizes a substantial carbon bed depth, often 50mm or 60mm, across its range, ensuring superior adsorption capacity and longevity. This focus on carbon quality and bed thickness means less frequent replacements and more effective odour elimination, especially for higher concentrations of VOCs, compared to filters with thinner carbon layers.

Choosing Your CarboAir Filter

Growers using enclosed fan systems for odour control will find CarboAir filters highly effective. For smaller tents or specific ventilation needs, a CarboAir 50 Filter 100x330 mm, 410 m3/h is an excellent starting point. For moderate airflow requirements, models like the CarboAir 50 Filter 250x660 mm, 1650 m3/h or CarboAir PRO 60 Filter 250x660 mm, 2000 m3/h provide balanced performance. High-demand grow rooms benefit from the substantial capacity of the CarboAir 100 Filter 315x1000 mm, 6900 m3/h. Ensure your fan's CFM rating matches or slightly exceeds the filter's m3/h capacity for optimal airflow and filtration efficiency. Pre-filters should be used and cleaned regularly to extend the lifespan of the activated carbon.

Frequently Asked Questions
