European Union (Except Czech Republic, Slovakia)
- You'll get your package in 3-5 days no matter where you are in EU.
- Cost is: 7.50 EUR for Czech Republic, 10 EUR all other EU countries
- We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your purchase dispatched.
- You'll receive a notification on each stage of delivery
- We use all the variety of shipping companies, if you have a prefered one - let us know, we'll send with it for your convinience.
Czech Republic, Slovakia
We ship to Czech Republic and Slovakia via trusted carriers including PPL, DPD, and Zásilkovna pickup points. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight, size, delivery method is choosed automatically by our system or your preference - text us by email or other contact methods available on gotogarden.com website
Delivery options available:
- PPL – door-to-door delivery, typically next business day after dispatch
- DPD – reliable door-to-door delivery
- Zásilkovna – convenient pickup points across Czech Republic and Slovakia
- PPL Parcel Shop – pickup locations across Czech Republic
- Balíkovna – Czech Post pickup boxes and branches (CZ only)
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — the threshold is shown at checkout.
Payment surcharge: Paying by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer is free. Cash on delivery carries a small additional fee, shown at checkout.
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Delivery is typically the next business day after dispatch.
📦 Important: Package Size & Weight
Standard parcels are limited to 30 kg and max dimensions of 120 × 60 × 60 cm. Pickup point services (Zásilkovna, Balíkovna) have a lower limit of 5 kg and max side length of 70 cm.
For oversized or heavy orders, freight/pallet delivery can be arranged individually — just get in touch before ordering.
