Milwaukee MA871 digital Brix refractometer
This digital refractometer measures sugar content in Brix with a range of 0 to 85%. It features a yellow LED light source and provides readings in approximately 1.5 seconds, with automatic temperature compensation between 10 and 40°C.
Professionals and hobbyists in the food and beverage industry, including chefs, quality control experts, brewers, and winemakers, can transition from less precise optical refractometers to this digital solution. It is suitable for measuring sugar content in fruits, juices, and other liquids. The IP65 rated housing ensures durability in various environments. Requires one 9V AA battery, providing up to 5000 readings before automatic shutdown after 3 minutes of inactivity.
