Growers choose this silica additive for plant defence
This additive contains a highly concentrated, easily absorbable solution of silicon dioxide (SiO2). Silicon strengthens plant cell walls and the cuticle, providing natural defence against fungal infections and environmental stresses. It also enhances the absorption of nutrients like phosphorus, fuelling plant energy and growth.
Apply Advanced Silica to your nutrient solution from the vegetative stage through the fifth or sixth week of flowering. It can also be used as a foliar spray. Organic peat or coco-based substrates and expanded clay (leca) contain little to no absorbable silicon, making this additive beneficial for all growing media. The recommended dosage is 0.1 ml per litre of nutrient solution. Shake well before use.
