Aquabox Straight for narrow containers
The Aquabox Straight is a self-watering system designed for use in narrow garden containers, including large pots, garden troughs, and grow bags. Its design allows for simple installation directly into the growing medium. The system utilizes capillary fabric to deliver water from the device to the soil.
This system is suitable for growers with limited space or specific container shapes. The Aquabox Straight incorporates AQUAvalve technology for automatic irrigation control. Installation involves placing the Aquabox Straight into the substrate, ensuring the capillary fabric extends equally on both sides, or positioning the Aquabox outside the trough with the fabric running through it. The capillary fabric strips should slope slightly away from the unit. The package includes the AQUAvalve, a circular spirit level for balancing, 2 meters of 6mm tubing, a seal grommet, and a flow-through filter for connecting to a water reservoir. One capillary fabric strip is also included.
