This linear UV-C germicidal lamp emits bacteriocidal shortwave ultraviolet radiation at a 253.7nm wavelength. It effectively sterilizes air, liquids, and object surfaces by absorbing radiation on the surface layer for solids and being semi-transparent for liquids. The lamp operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C and is designed to minimize ozone production (185nm limitation) and degradation of useful UV-C radiation.
Ideal for growers needing to maintain sterile conditions, this 25W T8 fluorescent tube is a replacement germicidal lamp for use in grow tents, reservoirs, or cultivation areas. It utilizes a G13 Medium Bi-Pin Fluorescent socket and is compatible with systems requiring UV-C sterilization. The lamp has a nominal power of 25W and a mercury content of 2.0mg, with a rated life of 9000 hours.
