Estos entradas digitales leen señales de I/O (encendido/apagado) desde cualquier interruptor o sensor con contacto libre de potencial. Por ejemplo, puede conectar un botón, un interruptor de nivel, un contacto magnético, cualquier sensor de alarma, etc... El sensor tiene un terminal de dos hilos para la conexión del dispositivo, un cable de PU de 4m resistente a los impactos y un conector impermeable.
