El BETA-4 es capaz de controlar cualquier dispositivo de calefacción o refrigeración con una entrada de 10A o menos. Simplemente enchufa el dispositivo en la toma de corriente ubicada en la parte inferior del BETA-4. Utiliza una pantalla digital de tres botones y ofrece ajustes de temperatura separados para "día/noche", con una fotocélula incorporada para la detección automática día/noche.
