Rapid root development with Plagron NextGen Growplugs
Plagron NextGen Growplugs provide a 54x31x4.6 mm medium designed for fast and intense root development. Each plug is composed of 50% white peat and 50% washed, buffered coco coir, offering an optimal air-to-water balance for a stable, moist environment. This composition promotes a higher number and length of roots, along with increased root hairs. The plugs are delivered dry to prevent mold and have a pre-formed hole for easy seed or cutting insertion.
These plugs are lightly fertilised with NPK and trace elements, creating an ideal foundation for young plants. Drainage holes in the tray prevent overwatering, ensuring stronger, healthier plants. After visible rooting, transfer to a growing substrate. The NextGen Growplugs are designed to remain intact during transplanting, safeguarding the root system. They are suitable for all growing stages and can be used in conjunction with soil, coco, and perlite mediums.
