This 70L U Gro XL coco coir substrate is derived from processed coconut husks. It offers enhanced water retention and aeration to support root system development. The material is biodegradable and contains natural trichoderma, a microorganism that combats root rot and stimulates plant growth.
Each compressed brick requires rehydration to yield 70 litres of coco coir medium. It is suitable for all cultivation types, both indoors and outdoors, promoting healthier root balls and a more extensive fibre system for improved nutrient and water uptake, potentially saving up to 50% on water and fertilizer. This product suits universal growing media applications.
